What's inside?
In this 8-session series we pick up where we left things in Intro 1. We continue to dive deeper on all aspects of locomotion practice.
Throughout the sessions we touch upon soft acrobatics, elbow levers (QDR), floor work and various way of moving on all fours. Every move is scalable and adjustable.
You will learn specific techniques, but also core principles of fluid movement that will help you develop your practice beyond a specific set of moves. .
Every session begins with a warm up and an extensive mobility routine to give you the physical base necessary for safe practice. The sessions are arranged as a series of short videoclips designed for optimal learning, minimizing your screen time.

Who is it for?
This course is suitable for beginners and intermediates. We count on your familiarity with the materials from Intro 1, but not on your level of execution.
If you are an intermediate practitioner with some background, good orientation in space and a decent ability to shift weight to your hands - you should be able to skip Intro 1 and fill the gaps on your own. Though naturally, we advocate for a comprehensive learning process.

Repetition vs Variation
Every move we learn in this course is immediately implemented; I believe in repetition through variation. The more options you have, the more combinations you practice, the easier it will be to create your own.
Sometimes this horizontal approach can delay achieving perfect execution. However, it will minimize the risk of overuse injuries and help you develop freedom in your practice. To me, that is way more valuable and that is what the course optimizes for.

Technical details
-
The course is structured as a series of videoclips, available anytime and from any device. I employed all my teaching experience to keep them as short as possible, so you can focus on moving rather than watching.
-
Every session is about 60-90 minutes long, depending on your choice.
-
No equipment is needed (though we highly recommend a pull-up bar/something to hang from, but it is totally optional and can be done separately from the sessions)
-
The course will be available for unlimited use.
Refund policy
The course is non-refundable. However, if you complete all the sessions and think it wasn't worthy of your time, we will refund 50% of the cost. We will ask for several videoclips of your sessions so we can see your progress. This will be possible only within 2 months of the purchase.
What is the goal?
Our goal is to make locomotion accessible to people at every age and every level of physical ability; to break down the infinite world of locomotion to small enough pieces, for everyone to digest; and to provide tools and foundations for further learning.
